What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Single Signals.  Exact mirrored images of signals

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.19.3.4  Windows 7 Pro x64

Please provide any additional information below.
Restart of program usually fixes the issue

This is not an IF Stage specific problem.  Future Flex Radio PowerSDR versions 
should
help correct this problem.
