same CAT settings of Rev.1.19.0.2 don´t work with new 1.19.3.4 #155

I am using Elecraft K3, set to Elecraft K3 in SetupIF. That work. In 
Rev.1.19.02 I used CAT COM10,38400,N,8,1 and ID as PowerSDR. COM10 is 
paired with COM20 with VCOM from N8VB. HamRadioDeluxe connects to 
Flexradion,PowerSDR,COM20,38400,8 and works fine.
With to new 1.19.3.4 with same settings HamRadioDeluxe can not 
synchronosize. Frequency can not be read. I have both versions installed.
1.19.02 HamradioDeluxe connection works.

This has already been fixed in Issue #146.
