Will not connect to HRD 1.19.3.5 #162

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open v1.19.3.5 and will not connect.
2. Switching Rig Connection to HRD.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To connect to HRD.  See attached file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.19.3.5 Vista x64 Pro

Please provide any additional information below.
v1.19.3.4 works fine

Problem solved:  UAC/Admin Permission conflict
