K3: sub RX in pan-display switches off when out of pan-range #166

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.switch on sub rx on pan-display and on K3
2.change freq on the k3 so that sub rx goes out of the range of the pan
display
3.then subrx will switch off in pan display (but not in K3 of course)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: when turning back K3 to former freq, and sub rx in range of
pandisplay, the subrx will show up in the display again
Instead: subrx display gone, have to switch it on again on pandisplay
(multi rx button)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v 1.19.3.5

Please provide any additional information below.
I only use the pandisplay of psdr-if. All receiving and transmitting is
done by K3.
In my case it would be logical that the multirxbutton in the pandisplay
would follow the K3 if the subrx is switched on. In current situation one
has to switch K3 subrx on and also the multirx in the pandisplay.

We will think about supporting this. This would be a feature request, because
the
behavior you describe is "as designed" (its stock PowerSDR behavior).
