Fatal Error #180

I get an "output char buffer too small ..........." fatal error. It used to 
work some months back but something has changed. I was using it with my K3. Any 
ideas? Are there any hidden files that Windows use so I delete database or 
config files to start from scratch?

Read the following thread. It sounds like your database.xml is corrupted:

You need to follow the instructions and delete the database.xml so it get 
recreated. Please close this issue if this fixes your issue.
