FTDX 5000 RIT resets to zero #182

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Turn on PowerSDR/IF Stage
2.turn on FTDX5000 clarifier/RIT
3.Rotate XXXXHz and it will not stay set.

What is the expected output? 
To have clarifier/RIT stay on freqency required.

What do you see instead?
It keeps resetting to 0.000

What version of the product are you using? 
v1.19.3.5

On what operating system?
Windows XP Service pack 3

Please provide any additional information below.
This has also been verified on other FTDX5000 radios and using also Windows 7

This also happens on the previous version of PowerSDR/IF.
