Fatal error - Unhandled exception - Index outside the bounds of the array. DWORD0 #185

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open and Start
2.Try to change display type or zoom
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
JIT Debugger window appears with continue, quit option. Continue allows all 
functions but panafall, etc. window is white with red X . The frequency 
displayed at the bottom of the window changed by 8.215MHz (The K3 IF frequency).
Debugger window says Unhandled exception has occurred...System index was out of 
range. Index was outside the bounds of the array.
The Error Property in the Control Panel/Admin Tool/Event Viewer/Error says 
"Unable to open redirector service....Error code returned is in data 
DWORD0...Data Byte 0000: 34 00 00 c0       4..A

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PowerSDR/IF Stage-Elecraft K3-v.1.19.3.5

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a new problem and the program worked for several weeks without any 
problems at all.
I uninstalled the PowerSDR/IF programs and re-installed  it, but the problem 
remains the same.

Read the following thread. It sounds like your database.xml is corrupted:

You need to follow the instructions and delete the database.xml so it get 
recreated. Please close this issue if this fixes your issue.

Re: white window with red diagonal lines. Complete re-install fixed it for me. 
Larry at www.telepostinc.com has detailed instructions toward the back of his 
LP Pan manual.
