Long time to mute and return from transmit. #209

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Muting takes 3-10 seconds; return to receive takes 5-20 seconds.
2.Using V1.19.3.5 on XP Pro. Dual Core system AMD processor.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
System consists of my FT 950 with FT 2000 interface card feeding an LP PAN 
feeding the I & Q signals to the computer. Receive functions work very well.
