FT-950 CAT control error message when correct set up. #221

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up LPB2 V1.0.41 Virtual com99 port
2. Set up Power SDR for CAT control to FT-950 on COM99
3. Click Start button in top left of panel PSDR

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Rig control not working and error message, even if set up to Power SDR use 
COM99 supplied by LPBridge. Audio is ok but no Rig Control to Ft-950.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Power SDR V1.19.3.5
LP PAN adapter.
i7 DX58SO motherboard with Win7 Home premium, Realtek soundcard, discrete PCI 
serial port for Rig Control COM1 to FT-950. (Rig control works fine with HRD)

Please provide any additional information below.
When the "Start" button is clicked, an error message pop's up. Main rig control 
is COM1 for LP Bridge and Power SDR set up for virtual port COM99.  See 
attached file
