LSB, USB, CW etc.. IF off-set makes nothing. After few seconds the program stops responding. #223

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to the IF frequencies tab.
2.Enter values for USB and LSB off-set.
3.Click ok.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: displacement of the IF frequency according to the off-set. 
Instead, I see no changes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V1.19.3.5 on win7.

Please provide any additional information below.
The program runs only for a few seconds, then it crashes.
