Inteface AIO with PowerSDR using DDE. #225

I am the developer for AIO (All in One), a contest logging program. I was very 
interested in PowerSDR and wanted it to interface to my software. Instead of 
using virtual ports I added code to make my CAT interface to emulate the DDE 
interface with Ham Radio Deluxe. As a result you can set up AIO as usual and 
simply start PowerSDR in the HRD mode and they will talk to each other.  My
