Positive [ConfigStatus] check when other items rejected by server #2

Resolution is planned for 1.4.

Turns out, its not possible to recover a trapper trigger based on time, and therefore there is no cheap way implement this (I don't want to send '0' in errors every time). I've changed [ConfigStatus] from OK to CONFIGURED for clarity. There are plenty of error handling now, and I hope they will cover this issue.
