Accepts two parameters: language (en/jp/zh) and a base64-encoded json with profile name and score. This can be falsified by anyone least bit tech-savvy but it's least concern at the moment.
Displays:
Zain picture (one of 5 different ones depending on total score)
Title: [Profile name] (or "I" if profile name was empty) got (score)/100 points on Polka Quiz
and got a title of [Title] (one of the 5)
Title flavor text/description (one of 5 different ones)
A link like "Find out your own score!", linking to subproject homepage (not to the quiz directly, let's advertise the whole website)
