Hi!

This seems like a very useful project, but I couldn't find any license attached to it. I'd like to refactor my own small compiler using the nanopass technique and it would be nice to reuse some parts of your code. Would it be possible for you to license it under MIT?

Thanks!

Hi,

I'd be happy that you reuse my code. You can use my code under the MIT license. However, strictly speaking, the license is not perfectly clear. I wrote the code using a result of '96 Scheme workshops. Unfortunately, there are no license information on the site. http://www.cs.indiana.edu/eip/compile/

Thanks,

Thanks for the clarification! Initially I found this project when looking for an implementation of what is presented in the paper "A Nanopass Framework for Compiler Education", and this workshop page looks like a predecessor to me. This looks really interesting, thanks for the pointer.

Cheers
