Even though the transaction is in block 424833 of the main chain, khashier is unable to locate it in the chain, and instead tells me it is in a block that was orphaned:

Edit: in case it isn't clear, when you view a transaction that is in the blockchain, khashier is supposed to tell you the block number that it is in, like this:

and when it shows a block hash instead, it is because it couldn't find it in the main chain, and only found it in an orphaned block.
blocktree on the other hand is able to locate the transaction in the main chain:
