GUI Configuration

• There are many configuration options which may only be accessed via execution flag or manual configuration file.
• The process of locating/creating the configuration file is difficult for a large portion of users.
• Adding all possible configuration options to the GUI would be overwhelming to users and difficult to implement.

Might it make sense to allow direct editing of the clam.conf file, similar to the way in which the clamspeech textbox allows the clamspeech text file to be edited, via the GUI?

Merging the following into this issue:

expose 'split' and 'merge' in GUI- https://github.com/nochowderforyou/clams/issues/50

I am assuming that an an over-arching change to expose config options would also expose these options which are already exposed as runtime flags.
