replace README.md link to download bootstrap.dat #319

bootstrap.md doesn't exist in repo. replaced link to find blockchain bootstrap.dat from dooglus on bitcointalk.org. looks like dooglus updates the s3 hosted file on a regular basis (weekly/biweekly maybe?).
