Bing Chat AI now available without a Microsoft account

This package actually only uses the Bing Image Generator instead of Bing Chat. I don't think the image generator supports no cookies as of today, but I'll leave the ticket open incase anything changes. I'll also explore the bing chat route and see how that goes
