🔦 Feature: Jalali date picker for Persian users #5235

Describe the usecase for the feature

Thanks to NocoDB developers, the application is now so useful for Persian users. However, when we want to insert the date in tables, we cannot choose Jalali (Persian calendar) dates. This can be confusing for Persian users who are not familiar with Gregorian calendar which is currently available in NocoDB datepickers.

Suggested Solution

I have found two eye-catching open-source Jalali datepicker projects. It would be great if NocoDB developers could implement one of these projects so we can insert Jalali dates as well.

Any updates on this? If the Jalali datepicker for Persian interface gets added, I am sure that a huge amount of users will start using NocoDB instead of whatever they're using currently.

Can I contribute to the project? If you guys are ok with the package licensing, I can begin deploying the datepicker.
