Gift report PDF doesn't show Activity at top. It just says 'Report' without the activity's name. It needs to be changed to something more like 'Gift Report for [Activity Name]'.

Alright, I committed changes to fix this. [Commit #17] Now the Gifts report should have the Activity name in the report's title. We should test on Heroku before closing this issue.
