I don't have a good idea of what keys to use for this, but for example jsng might jump to the start of the next paragraph, jerg would jump to the end of a paragraph using avy to highlight, etc. Motions normally have top-level keybindings in vim. Especially for less used motions or motions with specific adjustments this might be useful.
