Detailed the need to install with Python 3 #5

If this program is installed with Python 2 it will not work. I have updated the README to inform users that they must install with Python 3, and instruct them how to do so.

Python is python3 on my distribution which is probably why I was careless when writing the readme. Thanks for the correction.
