Test `DNS Only` mode in case CDN (Cloudflare) is down #1

It'd be better to test if it still continue to work under DNS only mode without affecting operation.

I tested it by switching from Proxied to DNS Only mode. Services continued to operate as usual, but issued a self-signed certified warning. It's perfectly acceptable because it allows it to run without breaking the system. So no worries about CDN crash.
