Flag data that are below detection/quantification limit with 6.

Update:

The check was changed to also flag values exactly on the limit. The reason was that values below are sometimes changed to the limit earlier in the process. However, after more discussion we change the behaviour yet again. The tool should not be aware of outside processes.
