Since it's not clear that a file can be licensed under MIT with bits containing GPLv3 code I leave it up to the maintainer to judge this PR.

I confirmed that the license text has been changed from MIT license to GPLv3. I'm not sure if it is legal to change the license of a file from MIT license to GPLv3 after the file is included in a code base released under GPLv3. But I think it is better to change in this timing if it is possible. I hope that this is legal.
