Add setter function for width and height #2

Threejs crashes when calling setSize() under the new API without a setter function for width and height

yup, thanks. you are really rushing into wip :) I'll merge, to prevent crash, but then I do the real setter. Do you use it as NPM package? Also tell me if you still want to reach me outside github conversations, you could use my public email as well.
