Proposal: Mention parse/node-apn fork or recommended alternatives in README #693

Sorry if this has been asked before - I didn't see this in existing issues.

https://github.com/node-apn/node-apn/issues/436#issuecomment-524976883 mentions that some of the original maintainers of node-apn started working on @parse/node-apn.

There's hundreds of forks of this project, and it wouldn't be immediately obvious which ones are recommended or reliable.

@parse/node-apn has fixes for some of the issues reported in the issue tracker, such as fixing send() hanging and switching to the native http2 library
