This proposes an update to the README to clarify usage and hopefully avoid issues like #58 and #60

Thanks for the review. I’m not so sure about having the “This is a drop-in replacement…” paragraph under a usage heading as it’s more of a general description, but it’s still definitely clearer than before.

@chearon Bump. Made the additional changes. #63 suggests they’re needed!
