multi stage workflow #49

after doing one JIRA transition, ask if want to do another

this will allow fixing issues in the wrong state, or iterating through more than one transition

Hi @rotty3000, the transitions are buggy.

I've submitted a pull request fixing some current issues but it needs reviewing and it's not merged yet.

Once it's merged we can work on that.
