node-pre-gyp installation failure which leading to Over all Project package installation Abort #47

Over all Project package installation has been failing due to the following error .. cannot make any deployments .. Please Help with suggestion I am facing error :-

I need some Suggestions to get rid of it Guys i had it working few days back it turned this way ... not feeling good
