@Theo-Reignier Just pushed commit d27bbdaf38e9e3241a0a6b6a7f38f9f26fa2c866. I was intending to comment the changes as suggestions, but there were quite a few and I think it's easier if I just push a commit and you view the diff. Take a look and let me know if there is anything you want to change/revert from my modifications. The commit message contains some explanations.

For the images, do you think you could re-take the screenshots but with the white themed background? That way the images would blend with the background on GitHub, npm, and the Node-RED website.

Fair point, I will do that in a future PR since this is not a priority.
