Scorecard update #53

Updates the scorecard ui as shown here:

Some rules are presented as warnings (!) and some are fails (x)
In the list of modules with duplicate types, the module names are links that take you to that node's page (in a new tab)

I have also changed the URL to be /node/<node-type>/scorecard - as the scorecard belongs to the module, so ought to appear further down the path.
