Configuration schema for travis-cov changed such that config should be stored under the config key, not the scripts key. See: https://github.com/alex-seville/travis-cov/issues/2

It appears the build is still not passing. I guess that would have been too easy

If you want to isolate the README badge fix in a separate PR I would happily accept that!

I'm going to close this for now, but feel free to re-open (or open a separate PR) if you manage to figure out a fix. I haven't looked into this at all, but I assume you can find a way to do coverage reporting locally?
