错误的小程序推送模板消息 #97

这个请求地址 https://api.weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/message/wxopen/template/send?access_token=ACCESS_TOKEN的参数 与微信文档中的参数不一致。 经测试，无法推送模板消息。
