Note that this could be added to the setup guide, however I've put it here because not everyone reading the setup guide will have their arduino as the kit gets hand over on the day.

I've put it in the setup guide anyway. It can go just in there or both places. Your call. Probably better in both as the basic blink program is useful for getting started with any jonny five project.

However if you dont want it in the README.md here feel free to delete relevant section after merging.
