external dependencies #17

It is unclear to me how to add external dependencies at the moment. "Add Dependency …" in the add-node interface does not seem to allow linking to external libraries.

… also i can not see the dependencies icon (puzzle piece) in the header as mentioned in the help files.

We removed that feature until we get versioned releases / snapshots (#20) working.
