This is a PR that attempts to create Twitter bots that regularly post the output of Seed sketches.
Currently this PR is not more than a UI, which looks like this:
There are two ways to implement this in Twitter:
User authentication. This is preferable, but more complicated. Users would login to Twitter (or sign up for a new account for their bot) and grant permissions to Seed to post on their behalf. This generates the needed OAuth keys to make the requests. Seed users don't need to manage those keys, everything happens behind the scenes.
Application only. In this case, users would need to create their own Twitter app and obtains its OAuth keys, which currently requires a manual review process.
