Add options to sync with main repo #47

Part of https://github.com/nodecg/generator-nodecg/issues/45, but doesn't close it.

Updated default compatible range to ~0.9.0
Added workspace and fullbleed options

For some reasons I cannot use npm link to test, but theoretically this is fine. If anyone could test, I'd appreciate it.
