cpufreq-selector is not available on Ubuntu Gnome 17.04

I'm using Ubuntu Gnome 17.04.

I installed the package cpufrequtils and this extensions won't work.

After check, only cpufreq-info, cpufreq-set and cpufreq-aperf are available. No cpufreq-selectror.

Please fix this. Thank you!
