Added basic !calc to kohai #53

Put all the dependencies in .gitignore as well as logs. And the other file I modified is just in case the channel isn't present in config.json

I would pull !calc happily, but a lot of this isn't needed. Had you deleted your default channels when you got the error about the opslist? The best way to handle new channels right now is with !join, !part, and /msg kohai config save when you're done. Find me on IRC later and we can talk about it more.
