Support arm64-simulator for arm mac #40

The project I developed on m1 has been uploaded to the Apple Store.

Merge iphonesimulator-arm64 and iphonesimulator-x64 into iphonesimulator-universal.

Then merge iphoneos-arm6 and iphonesimulator-universal into NodeMobile.xcframework.

For React Native NodeJS mobile, you only need to rely on NodeMobile.xcframework.

This is now supported in the new release 18.17.1, see commit https://github.com/nodejs-mobile/nodejs-mobile/commit/f392ee6b85929bd9c844727112bdd4f15c92e62d
