CTC meeting schedule for month of May #112

Here's my proposal for CTC meeting schedule for May. I kept the 05:00 UTC we already had scheduled for May 3, but switched to 11:00 UTC starting May 24. Only scheduled through June so we have a chance to re-visit and people can update the spreadsheet for the summer and whatever else.

@williamkapke I think the time for the May 24 meeting is showing up off by 12 hours. (If I'm able to update the calendar myself, I'm happy to do it. I'm also happy to be hands-off.)

If I forget to set it as UTC time- I ALWAYS have it wrong 😖 Fixed now- thanks for doing the triple check!
