The additional updates listed in #53 can be applied to this to retain change history.
I think I got all the formatting OK-enough, but would like more eyes on it to point out what I missed. Markdown doesn't support the letter list or roman numerals (AFAIK) so I just uses regular lists with the letters / romans. Some of the line lengths are goofy from the conversion- but I'm not feeling up for dealing with that ATM. (sry!)
