FYI Upcoming Coverity Scan upgrade to Coverity 2021.12.1 release, 13 February 2022 #2868

Refs announcement from Synopsys

On or about February 13, 2022, a new version of Coverity Scan with improved features provided by the Coverity 2021.12.1 release will be available for scan.coverity.com members.

Please note that support for Coverity 2020.09 will continue for the immediate future. Version Coverity 2019.03 will no longer be supported with this latest release. Please download the latest build tools after the upgrade has been completed.

The upgrade process will begin at 12 pm EST, and will be expected to be completed by 3 pm EST. The scan.coverity.com site will be unavailable when the upgrade is in process. All the features will be back online once the upgrade process is completed.

We're currently on 2020.09 so no immediate need to update but there will be a brief outage on or about 13 February 2022.

Date has passed, I'm not aware that we noticed anything. The nightly job is still running and https://scan.coverity.com/projects/node-js?tab=overview shows a Last Anaylzed" with today's date ("Mar 01, 2022").
