There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. Created new issue that has the items. Not sure why it did not include them, but tweaked the template and the third issue now has them. Closing this issue in favor of the new one.
