instead of https://github.com/nodejs/caritat/tree/main/packages/ts-loader we can use:

Saying "real" loader feels a bit dismissive, what makes those other loaders more "real" than the one on this repo? The word you're probably looking for is "external". Still, you'd need to provide some argument for such change, if it ain't broke don't fix it.

It's true that the term ‘real’ isn't right. What I'm talking about is an external loader which is testing a maintainer. This means there's less code to maintain in this repo. You'll just have to pumb the package.
