Just realized I somehow committed 2019-10-17 notes here as well as in #545… thoughts?

If there are duplicates I'd say just pull the duplicate out of this one.

@mhdawson (not to sound gitty) a new revert commit or is there a way to roll it out of existence on the PR?

Update: Just used GitHub's Delete File option 😝
