chore: Move Adam Miller to Emeritus. #572

Hello friends ❤️

Kicking off this now long overdue process – turns out new startups take a very large amount of time, and I haven't found the cycles to dedicate the time this group deserves.

This isn't the end though! I'm still going to be around in the project. Will talk with @bnb about @nodejs/website-redesign succession in the next few days, though I still plan to be involved as time allows.

Thank you all for the amazing ride – I'll see you around the internet, and hopefully in Austin this June!

Also: we will probably need to re-evaluate nodejs.dev's progress and see what we need to do to keep it going or drop it.

I think it'd be a crime to drop it :) Its so very close. Needs someone to give it the final push.
