node:22-alpine images miss ppc64le arch #2107

Expected Behavior

ppc64le being present for node:22-alpine images as the versions.json specifies.

Yes, I don't think it has ever built correctly for ppc64le https://github.com/docker-library/official-images/pull/16714#issuecomment-2096493465
