Vendor docs from gyp.gsrc.io and update it with current setups like Hacking.md.

Some of the docs are outdated a bit, like Testing.md.

License is as https://github.com/nodejs/gyp-next/blob/main/LICENSE.

We may fix doc issues like https://github.com/nodejs/gyp-next/issues/236 in this repo once this is merged.
